Community Agreements for Creative Sessions

1) Creative Supplies. Each participant is responsible for their own creative and artistic supplies.

2) Arrive Open. We arrive at our gatherings open to each other and to the experience of the creative session. The power is in seeing and hearing ourselves and each other with full presence.

3) Culture of Care. We are respectful of perspectives and lifestyles that may not reflect our own. We maintain each other’s confidentiality and encourage one another to learn and grow. Intentionally harming or disrespecting those in the communal space will result in expulsion from Creative School for Integration without refund.

4) Voice: For this work, it is key that EACH participant speaks on their own behalf and ONLY from their own experience. We do NOT critique or interpret each other's work. We DO share where the work takes us or how it makes us feel.

5) Share Circles. The facilitators will let the group know when the circle is open for individual shares, as well as how much time is available for each share out of respect to everyone’s time.

6) Attendance. We ask that you arrive and settle into the Zoom space five minutes prior to a session's start time and stay till the end of the session out of respect to the communal vessel. This commitment is important for your own experience as well as for the sacred container of the participants. (Staying for a share circle after a session is optional.)

7) Self-Responsibility. I agree NOT to hold the Creative School for Integration or its facilitators responsible for any damages, harm or problems that might occur in relation to my participation in the creative sessions on Zoom. I understand the Creative Guides are NOT medical doctors NOR trained psychotherapists. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily assume the full risks of any physical or other injury, damage, or losses, either to myself or caused to others by me. I hereby waive the liability of, and agree to hold harmless, the organizers and facilitators of the Creative School for Integration as well as other staff and participants. I release the facilitators and organizers from any responsibility for mental or physical damage to my person. I am fully responsible for the results of my participation before, during and after the creative practices including but not limited to: breathing & meditation; mark-making; writing; collaging; and/or all potential forms of creativity.

8) Recordings & Library. I understand Creative School for Integration records Zoom sessions to share with its membership community.
