EFT reduces anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, pain, and other stressors.
Mark Making in and of itself is a precursor to doodling, journaling, drawing and painting, honestly, whatever your heart desires. In turn, Embodied Mark Making is a practice which acknowledges how the body receives the spirit of creativity into its ever expanding Creative Heart Space. Embodied Mark Making is an accessible path to all creative forms.
No prior art experience is needed, yet seasoned artists are also finding new depths in their work.
