Private Integration sessions are 90-minutes each and on Zoom or in a nature setting (location & weather permitting). Explore compassion for your human experiences through breath-work; mark-making; journaling; and/or creative expression of interest while being held in a sacred container informed by the natural world. Art instruction is also available during these one to one sessions.

Drop-in for a Creative School session. A great option for anyone who does not have a membership and/or would like to try out the school. Also, a great gift idea. All that is needed to participate is a curious heart, a notebook, journal or some drawing paper and your favorite tools to make marks with. This might be markers, graphite, paint brushes, charcoal, paints, pastels— any colors that call to you. A drop-in purchase is good for one LIVE 60-minute or 90-minute creative session on Zoom.

Facilitated by Dena Clayton, Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner & Kirsten D'Andrea Hollander, Creative School for Integration Founder & Creative Guide

Special Event - $22.00 for Creative School Members, $32.00 for Non-Members.

If you cannot make the live event a recording will be made available to you.

Explore the integration of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), aka Tapping, with Embodied Mark Making.

EFT Tapping is a simple and scientifically validated method proven to calm the nervous system. Gently tapping our fingertips on several acupoints brings a shift from a 'fight, flight, or freeze' emotional state into a peaceful 'rest and digest' mode. EFT reduces anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, pain, and other stressors.

Mark Making in and of itself is a precursor to doodling, journaling, drawing, painting — whatever creativity your heart desires. Embodied Mark Making is a practice which acknowledges how the body receives the spirit of creativity into its ever expanding Creative Heart Space. Embodied Mark Making is an accessible path to all creative forms.

No prior art experience is needed, yet seasoned artists are also finding new depths in their work.
